The World Series That Never Happened
1964 baseball fans will appreciate this momento: Tickets to a world series game that NEVER happened. It seemed that Lee would attend his first world series game. The Phillies had to win just ONE game. With a 6 1/2 game league lead and twelve games to play, the Phillies somehow managed to lose twelve games in a row.
Lee learned a valuable lesson: There is no such thing as a sure thing! In memory of this event, Lee had these unused tickets framed. Please enjoy.
